Medicinal Uses: Chaga, a fungus found primarily on birch trees in cold climates, is esteemed for its potent medicinal properties. Rich in antioxidants chaga protects cells from oxidative stress, a cellular degeneration which can cause chronic fatigue, chronic illness, and cancer. Chaga contains antioxidant superoxide dismutase (SOD) which protect your skin and eyes sun and windburn, solar radiation, and toxins. In turn, Chaga helps maintain good vision and strong beautiful hair. 

Preparation & Dosage: Decoct for 30 minutes minimum, but ideally 1-2 hours. Drink as is or with a bit of cream and honey. A strong chaga decoction can also be incorporated into an immune syrup. Chaga is best taken in the morning and afternoon. Tincture (dual extraction) 1ml up to 3x daily.
