Eleuthero in particular, improves the body’s response to environmental stressors and can improve physical and mental functions. It is indicated for those recovering from lengthy periods of stress or overwork (Blue Vervain types!) that result in exhaustion, irritability, insomnia, hypertension, and mild depression.

Preparation & Dosage: 2-3 droppers of tincture, 3xdaily, for 6 weeks, followed by a 2 week break
