In most cases we recommend the 60ml or 100ml bottle. One dropper full is about 1ml and most tinctures work best when 2 droppers full are taken 2-3x/day. This can mean up to 6 droppers full taken per day and, thus, we recommend a bottle size that will last you. Our 30ml option is useful, however, for tinctures that you may not be taking as regularly or in smaller doses, or for child-size dosing.

A tincture is a concentrated herbal extract typically made by soaking herbs in alcohol or another solvent to extract their active compounds. They are valued for their potency and ease of use. People often turn to tinctures as a convenient way to consume medicinal herbs, as they can be easily measured and administered. Tinctures are favored for their ability to preserve the therapeutic properties of herbs and are used for various purposes, including promoting general health, addressing specific ailments, and supporting overall well-being. We add honey to our tinctures both for taste and to enhance the extraction of the medicinal properties of the herbs.
