    Other ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Wildflower Honey.

  • 1-2 Tbsp daily or as desired.

    Taken straight or ideally diluted in sparkling water or tea.

  • An oxymel is a concentrated herbal extract made by soaking herbs in vinegar to extract their active compounds.

    Oxymels are a gentle, alcohol free alternative to tinctures. The children love it! My favorite way to enjoy an oxymel is in a cold glass of sparkling water.

    We add honey to our oxymels both for taste and to enhance the extraction of the medicinal properties of the herbs.
