Inspired by Robert Eggers’ upcoming film Werwulf, only in theaters Christmas, this unique event will feature an atmospheric DJ set by Hulder and Necreon, a discussion on wolves in Europe and the United States by ecologist and illustrator Anneke Wilder, and a conversation on werewolf folklore with publisher and researcher Joseph S. Hopkins. Ilana Hamilton will also perform the Old English poem Wulf and Eadwacer. Hedgerow Herb Co will offer themed libations throughout the event. Hopkins and Lauren E. Fountain, two editors of the upcoming Hyldyr publication Wulf, My Wulf (featuring an introduction by Robert Eggers), will be signing copies of the book on-site.
