Danielle Renée is the resident witch at Ripple & Knot.  She has been teaching tarot for over 20 years, and magical coursework in various capacities for over a decade.   Her teachings are rooted in storytelling and Socratic discourse—interactive and immersive— as are her readings. Danielle views tarot as an enlivened tool offering insights and clarity when the waters are muddied, or the path is unclear.  Passionate about ritual and spellweavings, Danielle approaches folk-magic with devotion, curiosity, and veneration.  Emphasizing the importance of cultivating meaningful connections with the land and its spirits in order to receive the merit of its wisdom.  With a background in Eastern spirituality, she incorportates philosophy and practices of Oddiyana with traditional Western European folk magic and modern neopagan concepts to present magic in a fresh, but still deeply-rooted and practical way.”
